AQMD Testing Package

Test times are scheduled to fit your needs and avoid your busiest sale hours. Generally tests are set for mid-morning (10am -12pm) or early afternoon (2pm – 4pm). Tests for Vacuum Systems usually take a minimum of 2 hrs and Balance Systems usually take a minimum of 3hrs, assuming there are no major problems found and your equipment has been reasonably maintained. After completing your first AQMD test, we will advise you 4 weeks prior to your next scheduled test date to allow you time to set up a convenient test time and prevent you from missing your mandatory test date. Tests include the following AQMD tests as required for either a balance of Vac-Assist system.

• Static Pressure Performance (Leak Decay) TP-201.3

• Dynamic Pressure Performance (Back Pressure) TP-201.4

• Tank Tie Test

• Air to Liquid Volume Ratio (A/L) TP-201.5

• Liquid Removal Rate TP-201.6

• All EVR required testing.
